A concept born from the collaboration between Jeanologia, a spanish specialist of laser bleachings and François Girbaud, a passionate and revolutionary designer of denim.
It is with that sustainable technique proper to the spanish supplier that the duo creates « HEMOTION », by stylising the hems, thanks to laser cuts, impregnated with colored pigments or not.
An unavoidable street-couture trend that the Vetements collective already appropriated by cutting the hem asymmetricaly, then quickly taken over by the big suppliers like Zara and Asos with the use of bleaching like a mock hem.
